Metaphorically, an organization is a machine. In an ideal condition, all parts run harmoniously to generate ‘power’ – the expected results.

However, not all parts have the same endurance-power-performance and other standard characteristics.

Thus, every machine faces failure risks due to variability [of the parts].

If one part ‘performs’ too fast, it might damage the other parts; slow performance of the part might also cause damages to other parts.

So? Work at the right pace. If -overall- the machine is too slow, don’t perform too fast. Otherwise, you will be dead with fatigue. #woles 😎💡
